How our conveyancing quotes work
Our online calculator gives you a Fixed Fee conveyancing quote for a purchase, sale, sale and purchase, remortgage or transfer of equity. Enter the property price, whether it is freehold or leasehold, and a few details about your move, and the quote shows our legal fee, the expected disbursements such as searches and Land Registry fees, and VAT.

What affects the price?
The main factors are the property value, whether it is leasehold (which needs extra work on the lease and management pack), whether you are using a mortgage or a Help to Buy or shared ownership scheme, and whether the property is new build. Stamp Duty Land Tax is payable to HMRC and is shown separately where it applies.
