Sale of Leasehold or Managed Properties
If you are selling a leasehold property, the landlord and/or Management Company will charge you a fee to produce a "Management Pack". The cost will vary significantly between Landlords and can cost between £120 – £500.
New Builds
When buying a New Build property, the Developer's solicitor will always charge an "engrossment" fee. This is to produce the final Land Registry documents. Costs for this vary between £120 – £500.
Disbursements / Additional Requirements
A disbursement is a payment made by a solicitor to a third party and then claimed back from the client.
